The Risk department is young and dynamic and a really familiar group of professionals. As the head of risk is on the same floor, in the same open space, the structure is quite flat.

Currently the position is open for a Senior profile who will assist the Head of in managing the department and hand-out trainings when necessary. Improving the current managing skills will happen inevitably.

The turnover is very low and the HR-policy is set at keeping the employees happy. However, this is linked to the salary as well. For the right profile, they could go up to 110k + Benefits.

The Role?

• Maintain Risk Management and investment compliance for the managed funds
• Implement new regulatory frameworks and / or tools
• Take care of the reporting to upper-management
• Be involved in different projects related to risk management processes
• Be the link, together with others, with external actors and regulators

Profile and Key expertise?

• More than 4 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
• Excellent knowledge of existing regulatory framework concerning regulated and unregulated investment funds
• Perfect fluency in English. Any other language will be considered as an asset
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Able and willing to work in an international and multicultural environment
