Blake & Partners is currently looking for a Legal Counsel.
What will be your job?
- Set-up of Funds (AIF, UCITS and other UCIs)
- Drafting and review of prospectuses, articles of incorporation and management regulations
- Drafting and review of agreements and documents relating to fund administration, management and distribution (for UCIs Part I, UCITS and SIFs)
- Coordination with external services providers (delegated activity of our funds under management)
- Liaising with the CSSF (e-file process), Fundsquare platform, the auditors and the trade register
- Organization of board of directors' meetings (convocation, board pack preparation, attendance at the meetings, drafting of minutes)
- Follow up of the social life of Funds under management, including creation and launching of new sub-funds and new share classes.

Your profile:
- Relevant experience in fund structuring and domiciliation
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You are fluent in French and English, Spanish is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law
- Excellent communication skills
