My client is a well-known Global Private Equity Investment Manager. They are looking to recruit an Investor Services Manager to lead a team of 3. The successful candidate must have a strong client service background and previous team management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a small team of 3 investor service professionals
- Co-ordinate all fund closings and client on-boarding
- Manage all requests for external auditors and the Luxembourg regulators
- Make sure all client queries are being resolve
- Act as point of contact for the team
- Be involved in projects relating to the team and its processes
- Oversee client reporting and all client transactions
- Make process improvements where necessary and ensure all these are documented
- Be part of the senior management team
Candidate Requirements:
- Business degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ experience in a similar clients service/TA role
- Strong staff supervisory skills
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg regulations
- Very good communication skills is a must
- Fluent English
- Previous project skills would be considered a plus
- A good understanding of capital calls, distributions and dividend payables would be considered a plus
