Corporate Baking Relationship Manager

Within the Local Business function, as Relationship Manager, you will be assisting the head of Corporate Baking Department to solicit new market opportunities and manage the existing portfolio.

Report to: Head of Corporate Baking Department
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving KPI goals set by the Management.
- Responsible for market investigation and development strategy of local business.
- Responsible for new product research of local business.
- Responsible for market development of local business.
- Responsible for soliciting new local business clients.
- Responsible for maintaining good relationship with target clients.
- Responsible for KYC, due diligence and post-loan management.
- Responsible for statistics and analysis of local business.
- Responsible for establishing and reviewing local business related policy and procedure.
- Responsible for collecting and analysing IT system requirement of local business, preparing requirement documents and test cases, and completing the UAT (User Acceptance Test).
- In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the company’s business.
Qualifications and requirements:
- At least BAC+3 in finance, business, banking or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Baking local business.
- Flexible to have business trips in EU or international.
- Familiar with corporate banking products.
- Familiar with financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office tools skills, result-oriented and quality-driven.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a pro-active, independent and structured manner under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
- Sound knowledge of the Luxembourg and EU banking regulatory environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). German/French/Chinese would be an asset.
- Ability to work in a multi-culture environment.
