CLdN is a Luxembourg based group of companies with their main activities initially limited to the maritime sector, including chartering of dry bulk carriers (deep sea), industrial ferries (short sea), as well as terminal operations . For several years, CLdN has been diversifying its activities in other areas such as energy, real estate and investment in key sectors in Luxembourg and abroad.
Due to its sustained expansion, the group is looking for a Legal Documentalist for its headquarters in Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
Function :
The Legal Documentalist will ensure the effective management of the legal documentation (identification, registration, filing, archiving and update of legal and confidential documents/files) in order to support the group’s activities.
The Legal Documentalist will be responsible for the following activities:
- Setting up and maintaining an internal database of all legal files in cooperation with IT department;
- Strict follow up and monitoring the accuracy of all legal documents;
- Assisting in preparing, reviewing and managing corporate documents on various topics and work in close collaboration with the different departments of CLdN;
- Liaising with administrations, notaries and law firms in order to follow up the legalization of documents;

Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor degree (preferably in Law) with a first relevant experience;
- You are a detail oriented and highly structured person;
- You have a high sense of confidentiality.
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills;
- You are a team player and can demonstrate high interpersonal skills
- You can work in an autonomous way;
- You are fluent in French, English and Dutch (ideally);
- You are proficient with MS office
