We are now looking for an analyst with a strong experience in Temenos Triple’A to join the IT Application Management team in our Luxembourg office.
The position we offer
The key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Advise on use of Temenos Triple’A products and functionalities and implement them.
- Provide second level support for all related Temenos Triple’A production issues and incidents. This includes troubleshooting functional technical and non-technical issues
- Review business requirements with business analysts and business representatives
- Be responsible for writing functional specifications on projects and change requests
- Conduct or follow-up the developments with the IT Development team and ensure unit testing is done and successful
- Perform local Triple’A parameterization
- Be the contact person with Temenos and validate their developments and deliveries
- Support acceptance test and approval by business.
- Perform defects analysis and bug-fixing during testing phases
- Deliver end-user system documentation, presentation material and training for internal IT and end-users
The qualifications you need
To be considered for the role applicants would need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- Deep knowledge of Triple’A (incl. Triple’A technical aspects and parameterization)
- Min 5 years of experience in analysis within the Triple’A implementation domain
- Min 5 years of experience in private banking processes and financial instruments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, driver and self-starter mentality
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; development of project documentation and presentation materials required
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with all levels of staff, clients and other IT personnel
- You are service-minded and you have customer focused mindset
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
