- Senior position as Relationship Manager to ensure that our clients, Swiss-based semi-institutional fund managers, receive a high-quality daily local service and support for their Luxembourg-booked investment funds
- Single point of contact for all bank-related client requests for Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) SA
- Responsibility for the coordination, negotiation and alignment of all Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) SA relevant aspects to support the Swiss EAM fund business in Luxembourg
- Collaboration with a broad range of Credit Suisse stakeholders, e.g. Fund Administration, Management Company, Transfer Agency, Project Management, Investment Banking, et. al.
- Daily contact and meetings with our sophisticated customers

You Offer...
- University degree in the banking field or equivalent educational background
- Relevant experience in a similar role and set-up in the EAM, UHNWI or Asset Management business
- High client- and service-orientation as well as outstanding communication skills when interacting with sophisticated senior client representatives and product experts
- Result- and solution-driven work approach with a high level of flexibility and personal responsibility
- Ability to perform and deliver high-end proactive service in a fast-paced work environment
- High motivation as well as excellent team member skills to contribute to our team targets
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, French and other languages are an asset
